RN Civil Construction is currently hiring for a full-time Civil Construction Administrative Engineer to handle a variety of administrative duties in the Centennial, CO area. This engineering position earns a competitive salary of $65,000 - $95,000/year, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY
This position typically works Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
As a Civil Construction Administrative Engineer, you handle the behind-the-scenes work that ensures our projects are completed without a hitch. You play a hands-on role in every project, coordinating the details and guaranteeing the result meets and exceeds our clients' expectations. For each project, you collect the necessary paperwork and confirm that our installation plans meet the client's desires.
You purchase all the appropriate materials, coordinate their delivery, and visit the job site to ensure everything is correct. Although you spend most of your time in the office, you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get work done in the field as needed. You take pride in effectively managing our projects and ensuring total customer satisfaction!

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
  • 0-3 years of experience in the construction industry administering subcontractors, purchase orders, submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and schedules
  • Experience constructing a water or wastewater infrastructure required. Candidates without experience constructing a water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, pump station, lift station, or similar will not be considered
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
