Based on your work ethic, development and dedication to your role, with support from your local branch and job-site leadership, you will develop and strengthen your skill sets

We are seeking Sheetmetal Fitters to become part of our team!

Your responsibilities will include:

Measurement, lay out and removal of existing structures, furniture and ventilation, ducting per drawings and specifications.
Repair and install sheet metal ventilation systems, etc.
Trim, file, grind, deburr and buff surfaces with hand and power tools.
Make sure work site and areas are clean of construction debris.
Bolt, rivet, screw, clip, caulk.
Install berthing equipment, galley equipment and furniture, ventilation ducting and joiner doors.

Requirements for this role include:

Candidates must have at least 2 years of construction, sheet metal or shipyard experience.
Must be willing and able to work as a team.
Candidates will be required to get DBIDS.

Shipyard or marine experience a big plus.
