Position: Data Analyst (W2)
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management, technical teams, and clients to determine data requirements and implement best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage, and analysis.
- Develop logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of databases to management systems.
- Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.
- Modify existing databases and database management systems as needed, and oversee programmers and analysts in making changes.
- Test programs or databases, identify and correct errors, and make necessary modifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, coding, reporting, and extracting data, along with integrating databases within SQL environments.
- Experience with Oracle and/or DB2 databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
