Wide Format Production Operator

At Laurel Print and Graphics, a Heeter company, we are looking for individuals to join our talented team! We are a custom manufacturing work environment that specializes in creating indoor and outdoor signage, wide format printed fabrics and gifts.

Are you mechanically inclined and wanting to build a career within a professional work environment?

Our roles are the perfect place to start! We will train for a future career - no need to go to Technical School.

• Ideal candidate will either have experience or interest in Wide Format printing. Learn to set-up, run and complete various custom jobs for clients.
• Ensure machine area is clean and safe; work safely and efficiently at all times.
• Learn to clear machine errors and other minor technical issues.
• Be available to support all areas of production as needed, working both independently and with a team.
• Willingness to learn and operate various machines within the finishing department.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Mechanically inclined.
• Demonstrated work ethic within a high paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a group or individually.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• High school diploma, general education (GED) or equivalent

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

• Standing up to 8 hours per day
• Lift/Pull up to 35 lbs
• Manufacturing facility with constant noise from machines running
• Ability to read and distinguish small print, depth perception, color perception
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test
