Customer Liaison Representative

We are seeking to fulfill 2 Community Liaison Representatives. We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team. As a Community Liaison Representative, you will be responsible for increasing our Medicare and Managed Care admission by building and maintaining marketing strategies within an assigned geographic territory with emphasis on "Patient Care is our Priority" at the forefront of the campaigning efforts.

Our Representatives are expected to use key referral services such as nursing homes, assisted/independent living facilities and hospital personnel including but not limited to case managers, discharge planners, and other appropriate referral sources.  Although a work from home position, you will be required to travel within your designated territory to meet with prospective customers and patients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of recent medical sales experience.
• Home Health/Health Care knowledge base required.
• Familiar with health insurance coverage
• Demonstrated history of positive sales results, preferably involving sophisticated and meaningful customer relationships that led to outstanding results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail
• Ability to market effectively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
• Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices.
• Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
• Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
• Ability to be creative and "think outside the box" and have fun doing so.
• Proficiency in social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office products.
