PROJECTS                 Residential Land Development Projects in Northwest Houston

REPORTS TO            Managing Partners

SPECIAL SKILLS/EDUCATION REQUIRED

Superior Organizational and Analytical skills, dependable, finance/accounting degree preferred but not required

Word, Excel, PowerPoint

COMPENSATION               

Full time/Contract $40 plus per hour depending upon skills and performance         

Other              

Cypress, Texas office; estimated 50% Remote/50% in office (Initially more time in office to learn basics)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prepare monthly plan and quarterly budgets, financial analysis, financial projections – cash flow and profits, 13 week rolling forecasts (financial and project activity)
• Reports for Lenders and Joint Venture Partners (basic bookkeeping)
• Municipal Bond Issuance analysis and cash flows and tracking of projected and actual cost reimbursements
• Maintenance, Organization and Reports for entity tax filings and Partners’ personal financial data
• Provide general analytic support for management including the assessment of potential acquisitions

SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

·                     Coordinate contracts (Engineers, Contractors & Purchasers, Title Companies)

·                     Maintain land management database/Development Schedules

·                     Generate weekly activity updates

·                     Lender Draw requests

·                     Contract Payables & Records Management

·                     Request and track lot takedowns

·                     Communicate with CPAs,  Engineers, Contractors, Purchasers and Title companies
