Job Description

Currently looking to hire for a Maintenance Technician. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, trustworthy candidates to work in the Property Management Industry!

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate the time and extent of repairs.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Maintain material and supply inventory.
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.

General Job Duties

Interior /Exterior Painting
Appliance Repair
Turns
Prepare and Complete Service Request
Inspect Grounds and Common Areas
Update Inventory Logs
Troubleshooting Repair Issues
Install Locks/Make Keys
Maintenance Team Support
