Systems Administrator

RSC2 is currently looking for a Systems Administrator to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Leads technical support operations, including strategic incident management and resolution.
• Oversees server farm management, datawall operations, and help desk support.
• Guarantees adherence to DISA STIG updates and directs critical incident resolution.
• Provides monthly incident metrics.

Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• 4 YOE in a senior technical support role with expertise in workstation and server administration.
• MCP certification required.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing ITIL incidents and technical teams.
• Security + or DoD 8570.01-M IAT II Baseline Certification
