Bilingual Construction Operations Manager

PrideStaff is searching for an experienced Bilingual Construction Operations Manager. Our Client works primarily along the East coast with many large clients. They are seeking to hire an Operation's manager who is outgoing, motivated, a problem solver and relationship builder. They are a very fast-paced company with multiple moving targets. They specialize in a flooring product that their parent company manufactures in SC, and are in need of a strong Operations Manager with construction experience and willingness and know how to get projects completed on time and on budget. Direct team members include 2 PMs, 3 PCs & 1 admin. All team members will report to the Op’s manager.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Location: Charlotte, NC 28278

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Ideal Operations Manager needs to have experience w/ the following:

Project takeoffs, estimates & coordination of jobs from start to finish, managing multiple jobs/crews, communicating directly with clients/GC's and crews and building relationships with repeat customers as well as effectively motivating and managing team members.

Experience/Responsibilities:

• 5+ years Project Management experience, preferably in the construction/installation industry.
• Manage a staff of 6 PMs, PCs & admin. ensuring the smooth job flow from estimating to final job walk-throughs.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel 10%
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
