Job Description
The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is an analytical generalist, responsible for designing and executing insightful financial and business reporting and analysis to help the executive team make well-informed decisions and take timely actions to drive the business. While prior retail FP&A experience would be helpful, Tandy is a unique business without a lot of the big-company data and resources other retailers may have – conventional wisdom does not apply here. The ideal candidate in this role will be curious, resourceful, practical, comfortable with big data and advanced analytics, have a passion for learning, and have an appetite for hard work. This person will work closely with the CEO on many projects directly affecting our business results. It is an excellent opportunity for the person with the right qualities and skills to learn how to manage and drive a growing retail business with a seat at the table.

New hires must show proof of vaccination within 30 days of accepting their offer. *
