Automobile Service Advisor

Hunts Point Auto is currently hiring for a full-time Automobile Service Advisor to sell and schedule services for our customers in the Bronx, NY area. This auto sales position earns a competitive salary of $1,000/week plus commission.

DAY-TO-DAY

This sales position is full-time and typically works Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM. No weekends or evening shifts ever!

As an Automobile Service Advisor, you are the face of our business. When customers enter, you greet them with a smile. You handle phone calls, answer questions, and schedule appointments. When our customers need services, you upsell them and prepare accurate cost estimates. You also assign jobs to our technicians and manage their productivity. Always attentive to detail, you inspect the work of our technicians, ensuring proper quality control. Additionally, you handle daily checkouts. You get great satisfaction from completing successful sales and love providing our clients with excellent customer service!

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AUTOMOBILE SERVICE ADVISOR

• 5+ years of experience in an independent or aftermarket shop
• Valid driver's license
• Sales skills
