Client lives in Mt. Juliet area. schedule is Saturdays and Sundays 9am to 5 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
Client is 82 and lives at home. No pets and no smoking in the house. Needs help also with transporting to doctors appointments and getting groceries.
Mobility- Client has to have a walker for all movement and transfers and cannot stand for long periods of time. Client is a major fall risk.
Bathing- Client needs hands on assistance with showering and bathing. She needs help transferring in and out. Client needs help washing back. Uses a shower chair.
Eating/Food Needs- Client needs all meals prepared. Client cannot stand up to assist with meals.
Toileting- Client does not wear depends
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences with a loved one of family member
Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language
Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance
Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle and sex offender background checks
Consent to drug and alcohol testing
