Job Description
This is a vital role in the shipping department that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work a stable day shift, M-F 8am-4:30pm, and earn $17/hr plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect product for quality before shipping
- Prepare shipping labels, ensuring the correct address
- Work with the manager to correct any errors or quality control issues
- Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized
- Regularly and safety lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.; lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling heavy objects 70+lbs. with or without mechanical and/or personal assistance, as required by safety protocols.
Skills:
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
