Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3-5 YEARS OF "LITIGATION EXPERIENCE". You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to independently process cases from suit to trial
E-file
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Record and store client information
Maintain daily calendar
Independently manage case load of approximately 125 cases from suit to trial
Independently draft legal pleadings and documents

Qualifications:

Previous litigation experience as a paralegal in personal injury (3-5 year minimum)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
