RDE Capital Group, LLC., Business Development Representative is a real estate professional who is responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting through existing business accounts to engage potential investor clients.

As a successful Business Development Representative, you will complete the following tasks:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensure RDE Capital Group LLC., has a strong presence in the commercial real estate market.
Engage in cold calls and active prospecting.
Maintain a constant social media presence.
Update CRM
Set appointments for broker.
Maintain continuous engagement with existing clients.
Promote the RDE Capital Group LLC brand.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
Must have an active Texas Real Estate License
Strong written and verbal communications
