Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative Entry-Level Social Media Agent to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and executing social media strategies for our clients, helping them achieve their marketing objectives and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand awareness and increase customer engagement
Create and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and comments, and respond in a timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms
Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Prior experience managing social media platforms for personal or professional use (e.g., internships, part-time jobs, personal blogs).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
Basic understanding of graphic design principles and ability to create visually appealing content.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
