5. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our offerings and be able to address any inquiries or concerns from customers.

7. Provide accurate and detailed information about pricing, promotions, and product specifications.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
