A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE SHIFT LEAD

As a Customer Service Shift Lead, you play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience when visiting our restaurant. You assist customers with achieving their nutrition and fitness goals by recommending smoothies and retail products from our menu. You make sure team members have their assigned stations and understand what's expected of them. To accomplish our company goals, you assist team members with upselling items and encourage them to complete all checklist tasks. You also promote a "guests come first" attitude and demonstrate what exceptional service should look like.

In addition, you work with a wide variety of fresh, dried, or frozen products as well as powdered substances to create our menu items. You ensure our store is always clean and that all team members are following food safety guidelines. At times, you correctly operate our point-of-sale (POS) system as well as fulfill cash handling and inventory reporting duties. You consistently promote a team-oriented environment among staff and are always willing to take on new tasks outside of your role when needed. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SHIFT LEAD

  • At least 6 months of guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Ability to operate the register
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2:30 PM - 9:30 PM
  • 11 AM - 6 or 7 PM
