Job Description

Manpower is seeking a new Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to join our growing recruiting team in Teays Valley, WV! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, general reception responsibilities, file maintenance, scheduling and managing general customer service questions.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, perform call backs, schedule visitors and work with entire office team
Enter variety of data using current technology
General administrative responsibilities
Prepare, sort and key documents into a variety of databases
Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
Review and enter data updates in the systems
Review discrepancies in data received
Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
Excellent typing and data-entry skills
Proficient in microsoft excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong interest in people and working with others
Likes to have fun and work within a deadline driven environment
