8-month contract with extension possible
Hybrid work in Des Moines, IA or Wayne, PA, working in office 8 times a month
$42 - $50 / hour with some flexibility based on skills and experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

Previous experience with APIs (Writing Requirements, Digital Transformation) preferred
Agile environment experience preferred
Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops a plus
Previous project management experience a plus
Experience with ADO / Azure Dev Ops and Swagger is preferred
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements and/or previous experience working in the Financing industry is a plus

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Business Analyst, you will cover additional capacity and API knowledge gap on the existing team.

Facilitate daily/weekly meetings in the Agile (Simplify @Scale) framework with Engineering teams and business stakeholders
Gather requirements and write PBIs from business on service tickets, bugs, and defects
Represent the business by defining feature requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring relevant teams clearly understand what is being delivered, and why
Maintain sprints and associated activities in ADO
Collaborate with product owners and SMEs across the group to identify dependencies, mitigate roadblocks, and ensure the timely release of features
Coordinate testing for business members related to team backlog
Participate in team ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint review, sprint planning, and other Simplify@Scale heartbeat meetings
Coordinate end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) as required
