Summary

Hohl Industrial is looking for an Accounting Manager that is responsible for leading the accounting team and providing financial support for the Company.

The right candidate is well organized, dependable, has sound work ethic, and punctual. He or she has top-notch analytic and problem solving capabilities. Additionally, this role requires an individual who can motivate and influence others to achieve company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounting and Payroll processes and manage financial reporting, providing high level analysis and review
• Monitor monthly financial variance analyses and manage the communication of account fluctuations
• Ensure all financial records align with company policies and government regulations
• Manage daily operations including coach, mentor and develop staff
• Analyze ledger account balances monthly and preform monthly close out.
• Analyzing current processes and develop methods or procedures that improve efficiency

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA and/or CCIFP preferred
• Construction Industry preferred
• 5+ years of accounting management experience
• Experience with A/P, A/R, P/R, budgets, financial statements, monthly close, cash management and other accounting functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
