Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in various areas of the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Dispose of waste and hazardous materials according to regulations.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
• Collaborate with other environmental service staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Environmental Service Worker or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift, and move heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of infection control practices is a plus.
• Certification in environmental services or related training is preferred.
