Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Project Manager to oversee and coordinate residential HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. This role involves managing all aspects of HVAC projects, from planning and execution to ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans, considering client requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are clearly understood and met.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
Provide guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Stay updated on industry codes and standards.

Client Communication:

Maintain clear and open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Address client concerns and provide regular project updates.

Scheduling and Timely Completion:

Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Monitor progress and proactively address any delays or issues.

Safety Management:

Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
