Sr. Research Analyst (Surveys)

We are seeking a Sr. Research Analyst to support our Surveys projects. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the survey design, testing, and implementation of surveys
• Monitor the progress of projects and coordinate information between departmental sections.
• Review data frequencies for quality assurance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing survey findings, including visualizations and recommendations for action.
• QA the content and formatting of project deliverables
• Adhere to customer formatting standards and expectations
• Help to identify and establish the survey frame for each iteration of the survey
• Establish & manage survey respondent Points of Contact (POC)
• Ensure consistent identification and naming of respondent entities
• Revise and update survey documentation & reports
• QA survey questionnaire content and provide 508 compliant pdf versions
• Manage inquiries from respondents and customers through e-mail and phone conversations
• Act as the primary point of contact for survey help requests from respondents
• Answer technical and content-based questions from respondents and customers
• Support other team members with any other issues as necessary during data collection

Qualifications:

• A master's degree in Statistics, Market Research, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field is required.
• Proficient in survey design, testing, and implementation methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from survey data.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of survey data.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficient in data cleaning and validation techniques.
• Familiarity with research ethics and data privacy regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in survey design and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant data analysis and visualization software.
• 10+ years of previous experience working on a surveys program or similar program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with government agencies
• Knowledge of 508 compliance
• Prior experience using survey collection software (Qualtrics, Decipher, Alchemer, Survey Monkey)
