A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVER/COOK

As a Bistro Attendant, you play an essential role in preparing meals and taking orders. You are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the food service operation comply with applicable regulations, requirements, and standards.

Putting an emphasis on health and safety, you diligently maintain sanitary and safety standards by keeping our kitchen, serving area, and prep areas clean. You keep any required written documents regarding the food service operation well organized and ensure that dishes are always prepped accordingly. Maintaining a working knowledge about our policies and procedures, you take care to stay informed on how to handle situations such as emergency drills, life safety, and unusual occurrence procedures.

You are quick to act to successfully complete any responsibilities that come your way, and you maintain a friendly and positive demeanor while doing so.
