Job Description

Position Purpose:

Nagra Kudelski Group is seeking a Accounting Manager in our Phoenix HQ location, who will support the operational needs of the Nagra global Accounting department. This is an essential part of our fast-paced international Finance team and will report to the Director of Accounting. This role will partner with leaders across the organization to help develop and report on strategic financial goals/outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Accounting US business segment. Includes General ledger accounting, Invoicing, Accounts Payable and Receivable
Build and develop strong relationships and maintain communication channels to proactively drive fact-based business decisions
Review and interpret balance sheet and income statements including a review of historical trends and variances
Review current processes and gain efficiencies by utilizing system functionality, and implement system enhancements as appropriate
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local tax laws; lead segment year-end audit and tax preparation
Ad-hoc project work as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
4+ years’ experience with increased oversight responsibility in general accounting functions
Strong GAAP knowledge, IFRS knowledge a plus
Ability to manage short and long term project from inception to implementation
Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred, advanced Microsoft Excel and Access required
Some travel required
