Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service
- Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues promptly.
- Train and motivate sales associates to improve sales techniques and customer interaction.
- perational Management
- Oversee the visual merchandising of the sales floor, ensuring it is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are maintained and accurately reflected on the sales floor.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and other department leads to achieve overall store objectives.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and inviting for customers.
- Address and escalate customer feedback to the Store Manager as necessary.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and promotional activities to accurately inform customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage operational tasks.
- Knowledge of retail management systems and procedures.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
