Compensation: Starting pay rate of $48,000-60,000/yr + three performance bonuses a year!
Location: Tolleson, AZ

We are looking for an individual with an ability to motivate and engage employees to contribute at a high-level in a fast pace manufacturing/distribution environment. The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively cross-functionally within the organization to support processes and relevant business objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction. The winning candidate will serve as a coach, trainer and leader to their team, all the while coordinating branch actions with other departments across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of energy and sense of urgency to accomplish the Company goals and implement change within the organization. This position would oversee a skilled team charged with the responsibility of receiving, picking, shipping and organizing inventory while maintaining high standards of product quality. Responsibilities:

• Oversee distribution operations.
• Ensure we meet customer needs and maintain a high level of service.
• Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize basic office equipment.
• Ability to safely maneuver a push cart.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Ability to lift 20-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to use basic math.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a successful leader, preferably within prior distribution or manufacturing operations.
• Prior experience with setting and following production schedules (or scheduling rules) for operations preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up with stakeholders on completion of tasks.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and/or environment.
• Previous experience working in a high performance team setting preferred.
• Ability to Work Powered Equipment. (Forklift, Reach Truck, etc.)
• Experience with LEAN practices / methodologies preferred.
