Job description

Manufacturing Warehouse Supervisor โ€“ Georgetown, TX

Day and Night Shifts Availableย

Are you a natural leader who thrives on the floor of a fast-moving manufacturing operation? We're looking for a driven Warehouse Supervisor to be the backbone of our warehouse โ€” keeping materials flowing, teams performing, and production never waiting on us. This isn't just a supervisory role; it's your chance to own the warehouse function inside a company that builds real things and takes serious pride in how it does it.

About Us

We are a growing manufacturing company headquartered in Georgetown, TX. We design and produce high-quality products that demand precision, consistency, and operational excellence at every step of the supply chain โ€” starting right here in our own facility. We move fast, hold high standards, and want people who take the same pride in their work that we take in ours. Initiative and continuous improvement aren't just welcomed here โ€” they're expected.

Our Vision

To be the most trusted and operationally excellent manufacturing partner in our market โ€” known for the quality of our products and the strength of our people.

Our Mission

We deliver with reliability, consistency, and discipline. Our warehouse is the heartbeat of our production floor, and we build teams that reflect those values โ€” from receiving dock to shipping door.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and energize a team of warehouse associates, driving efficiency, accountability, and an uncompromising culture of safety
  • Own inventory control from start to finish โ€” raw materials, components, and finished goods โ€” ensuring production always has what it needs, when it needs it
  • Keep real-time, accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and deliveries using warehouse management systems
  • Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and operations teams to eliminate bottlenecks and keep the line moving
  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team โ€” building capability and fueling professional growth on the floor
  • Champion a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA standards and all company safety policies
  • Dive into operational data, spot opportunities, and implement improvements that move the needle on throughput, accuracy, and cost

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of warehouse operations experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proven understanding of how warehouse operations interface with production โ€” raw material staging, WIP, and finished goods management
  • Solid command of warehouse management systems and computer tools
  • Strong grasp of inventory control and shipping/receiving procedures
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of an active manufacturing warehouse environment

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Associate degree or higher in Operations, or a related field
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) in a manufacturing context
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance
  • Forklift operation experience and/or certification
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Exposure to production scheduling or materials requirements planning (MRP)

The Skills That Set You Apart

You know manufacturing warehouses โ€” and you know they operate differently than distribution centers. You understand urgency because you've seen what happens when the line goes down waiting on parts. You're organized, decisive, and know how to get the best out of people under pressure. You communicate clearly across the floor and across departments. You turn data into action, keep systems accurate in real time, and lead safety by example every single day.

Ready to lead from the front? Bring your manufacturing warehouse expertise to a team that takes operations seriously โ€” and join a company that's building something worth being proud of.
