Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a well-known company that is looking to add a Sr. Business Analyst to their team. Compensation for this role is up to $98K per year.

Skills you'll need / What you'll do:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related tech field. An associate's degree is acceptable if you have equivalent years of experience.
3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst; business process design or business consulting.
Must have experience with Project Management or Agile/Scrum.
Understand SQL exceptionally well; including writing queries and understanding tables.
This position will analyze business problems and propose technical solutions.
Develop workflow solutions and applications to automate and streamline business processes.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.
Collaborate with other technical teams and business users throughout the development life cycle.
