We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Property Accountant to join our dynamic team in Boston, MA. This full-time position offers up to $90,000 per year alongside a performance-based 10% bonus, with a hybrid work model allowing for three days in-office and two days remote work each week. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and have at least 4 years of real estate accounting experience. Proficiency in Yardi or MRI, or equivalent software, particularly with paperless AP systems, is preferred. A strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential. The role requires an excellent communicator with remarkable organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with different departments. The successful candidate will be intellectually curious with a keen interest in optimizing accounting systems and implementing best practices for maximum efficiency.
