Blast It All Midwest Corp was founded in 1992 and is a fast-growing commercial/industrial floor preparation contractor serving the Chicagoland area and provides services to commercial, industrial, retail, educational and medical facilities.

Seeking an Experienced Estimator, to join the West Chicago, IL office. Help the company continue to build a fantastic workplace and keep the unmatched customer satisfaction status in the field by working alongside a seasoned industry expert from whom the estimator can learn.

The ideal candidate will be ready and excited to work with the team as the company explores new opportunities together. Must be a self-starter, possess solid communication skills, strong attention to detail and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience relating to floor preparation, concrete polishing, and coating installation is essential.

Duties

• Collaborating closely with Sr. Estimator / Sales team
• Preparing and managing estimates and proposals
• Managing RFI’s
• Visiting construction jobsites and participating in job-site walkthroughs
• Project Management

Requirements

• Align with company vision and values
• Estimating experience and strong understanding of the flooring/construction environment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Strong computer skills are essential, proficient in Microsoft Office ecosystem, and Adobe
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
