Residential Construction Superintendent - Mamaroneck, NY
$95,000 total compensation ($80,000 base salary + $15,000 performance bonuses)
We are seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will be responsible for managing residential construction projects ranging from $200k - $500k in size from start to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and Coordinate Sub-Contractors
- Direct and Lead foremen and carpenters
- Maintain required project documents
- Ensure project deadlines and costs are met
- Serve as a liaison between clients and designers
- Administer company standards & construction methods
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills is a must
- 5+ years of experience in Residential Construction/Carpentry is required
- Extensive knowledge in Wood Frame Construction, Additions, Kitchens & Baths
- Strong construction management skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
