As a Regional Financial Advisor Recruiter, you will be charged with identifying and attracting experienced, established agents or advisors who are interested in growing their existing practices using our proven proprietary Marketing, Sales and Practice Management systems and processes.

This is an onsite position in Fort Lauderdale (33309).

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the Business Development team to:

•Manage advisor recruiting pipeline by leveraging team resources, implementing best practices and activity.

•Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in recruiting contact management system (Hubspot) and report accurately on results.

•Communicate advisor recruiting status and results effectively to internal and external audiences.

•Comfortable with answering advisor questions and resolving issues as needed.

•Communicate SIG's value proposition through knowledge and expertise effectively to prospective advisors. (i.e., overcome objections, provide clarifying information, etc.).

•Evaluate advisor practices to ensure portability of assets and compliance with SIG hiring standards.

•Create and manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through various sources including referrals from online tools, networking with centers of influences in the region assigned and firm marketing/advertising through industry publications.

•Develop centers of influence to promote advisor referral opportunities with existing advisors and other field staff to develop local recruiting sources.

•Grow and maintain strong partnerships between corporate partners, field leaders and advisors to achieve recruiting goals aligned with business strategies.

•Set expectations with advisor candidates and field leaders around recruiting process.

•Extensive phone work is instrumental to success in the role. Some travel may be required (~25%).

•Demonstrate and maintain a strong fundamental knowledge of products, processes and capabilities of the FMO, RIA and Franchise channels.

•Maintain current industry competitive intelligence, benchmarking and analysis.

Additional responsibilities as needed

•Collaborate with Marketing Group to create relevant and compelling messaging for outreach campaigns.

•Screen and assess other recruiter's candidates.

•Write up profiles and present prospects to the Director of Business Development and Selection Committee.

•Work well within a highly collaborative remote team with focus on developing candidate experience and well-coordinated process design.

Requirements

Education and Experience

•5+ years' experience with sourcing, direct recruiting and developing both active and passive candidate relationships.

•Expert name generation, networking and relationship building skills.

•Prior industry experience working for a search firm or corporate recruiting division.

•Financial Services knowledge of both RIAs and annuities.

•Proven sales and/or financial advisor recruitment experience

•Ability to create and implement strategic sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other data systems.

•Experience and confidence to engage and manage senior level agents and advisors.

•Ability to work remotely and independently in a dynamic environment of change.

•Series 65 licensed or the ability to accomplish this within 120 days preferred.

•Insurance licensed or industry experience preferred.

•MBA or CFP preferred.

Skills Required

•Understanding of products, process and capabilities of our FMO, RIA and Franchise channels.

•Experienced in recruiting efforts within the RIA and Insurance industry.

•Demonstrated ability to assess readiness and to coach and develop others.

•Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, tracking and follow-up.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Support and drive diversity hiring efforts.

•Proven success in driving results and managing multiple priorities effectively.

•Demonstrated ability to work independently and up to 100% remotely.

•Must be able to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
