We have renovated a charming historic building at 268 King Street and debuted our stunning Flagship store in downtown Charleston. Our two-story space is an experiential feast for the eyes and showcases our full collection, registry, an events workshop, and charming outside courtyard. We are on the hunt to find the newest member of our dynamic retail team. Our headquarters and distribution center are now local as we re-located from Connecticut to North Charleston in 2020.

Responsibilities:

Be always an ambassador for Juliska and Capucine de Wulf, at all times.
Embrace Juliska’s core values and culture.
Utilize effective interactivity to comfortably connect with our customers, understand their needs and wants.
Greets and interacts with customers, consulting customers to understand their needs and purchasing preferences. Assists customers with purchase decisions.
Demonstrates, explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting appropriate options suitable to customer need.
Address customer feedback and requests in a professional manner. May handle returns and exchange process.
Execute special sales, promotional events, and clearance sales.
Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the retail store area and ensures good housekeeping.
Adhere to all procedures and safety standards.
Performs other duties and collaborated with entire Flagship family as needed.
