Mobile Health Program/Clinic Manager

We are seeking a Mobile Health Program/Clinic Manager to become a part of our team!  The Mobile Health Program’s mission is to “improve community health and wellbeing by increasing access to safe, quality, & preventive health services.” This position is based in the heart of Navajo Nation, serving the Navajo communities living in 16 chapters in the Fort Defiance Service Area. You will coordinate and oversee mobile clinic services conducted on board the facility’s two (2) mobile medical units, while continuously striving to enhance and expand services, reduce barriers to care, and create a reliable presence at the community level. This is an exciting position with a lot of flexibility to continue to grow and strengthen the Mobile clinics and  services. It's an awesome opportunity to live in a truly special part of the country and do some meaningful work- increasing access to care for those who need it most.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel 
• Plan and coordinate health services
• Work collaboratively with staff, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and other hospital departments and community partners to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Clinical background: RN, NP, or PA 
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
