Bob Swadkins, the owner of Golden Heart Senior Care, is proud to announce the opening of Golden Brook Residential Care Home in Fall 2022. Golden Brook is a 10-bed memory care home located in Henderson (in the Horizon Ridge & Stephanie Street area).

Golden Brook caters to residents who are experiencing mild to very severe cognitive decline and are either private pay or long-term insurance covered.

Job Summary: The Assistant Manager/Caregiver (Med Tech, CNA, Personal Care Aide, or Home Care Aide) will work closely with the Group home manager to assist residents with various personal care and companion services. An individual care plan is created to help clients maintain their independence while living in the comfort of Golden Brook.

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

Managerial duties delegated from the House Manager
Housekeeping
Meal preparation
Transportation
Companionship
Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
Memory Care
Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications:

Ability to obtain the required state of Nevada training - provided free by Golden Heart/ Golden Brook
Have a reliable vehicle
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Prior home care experience is a plus, but not required
