Currently, we are undertaking the construction of a boutique hotel in the picturesque landscape of Sedona, Arizona, and we are seeking seasoned Superintendents with expertise in hospitality or multifamily projects to join our team.

The Project Superintendent collaborates closely with the project management team to craft and execute a comprehensive plan for project completion. Responsibilities span from:

• Identifying lead times, potential challenges, and safety considerations,
• Ensuring compliance with jobsite protocols and safety standards, and
• Coordinating effectively with stakeholders such as owners, architects, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors.

• Based in Sedona, AZ, or surrounding area.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
• A keen eye for quality.
• Stellar safety record.
• Hospitality, high density multi-family unit, or commercial project background.
