Job Description

There is an immediate opening for a Family Law Attorney to join our team! Your position is to do all tasks of a Family Law Attorney, including representing clients in legal proceedings, drawing up legal documents, and advising clients on legal matters.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Advise clients on legal transactions
Negotiate settlements for resolution of legal disputes
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
other tasks needed by the firm.

Qualifications:

1+ years of New Jersey Family Law Experience or Judicial Internship with Family Judge required
License to practice Law in New Jersey
Must desire to help our clients.
Familiarity with various matrimonial legal documents
Experience filing motions and preparing family law documents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work well with others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
