Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000 per year

As a Manager in our management consulting team, you will lead diverse client projects that involve strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational change. This role demands a dynamic leader who can integrate deep industry and functional knowledge with a keen understanding of clients' business needs to deliver impactful solutions.

• Lead and manage multiple consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct in-depth business analyses to identify problems, opportunities, and value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement organizational changes and enhancements.
• Guide and mentor teams of consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting skill development.
• Drive innovation in services and methodologies to maintain competitive edge in the consulting market.
• Prepare and present high-quality business proposals and presentations to senior management.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Actively participate in the recruitment and training of new team members.
• Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the consulting field.

• Educational Background: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant degree/experience.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record in project management and client service.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in strategic and operational consulting, financial analysis, and business process optimization.
• Leadership Experience: Experience leading teams and managing projects, with exceptional mentorship capabilities.
