The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Solar Panel Installer to work at a company located in the Hialeah, FL area!

Pay/hours for position
Direct Hire $45k-60k depending on experience
Requirements of position
Must have GED or Highschool Diploma
Must have 2+ years of Solar Panel Installation experience
Responsibilities of position
Responsibilities for the Installations Leader:
Introduce yourself to the client at the beginning of the installation.
Manage Terra OPS application, installation starts, and facility closures, and upload all required photos and the map of the microinverters in detail.
Take a video of the roof to see the conditions found at the beginning.
Verify that all requested materials have been received; if missing, they must be notified on the same day.
Manage the return of leftover materials.
Install all attachments according to the property plans.
Carry out electrical installation on the roof to code and leave it ready for inspection.
Carry out electrical installation between Jbox and the main connection to the property's electricity, leaving it ready for inspection.
Notify the office of the inspection request and carry it out.
Install the DTU inside a PVC
J.box on the roof and test the operation of the solar system (it is validated from the monitoring area office)
Remove all trash from the site.
Replace any shingles/tyles that were broken during the installation process.
