What qualifications do I need to install solar?

Solar panels installers typically need a high school diploma or equivalent, along with technical training or an apprenticeship in solar installation or electrical work. What is the 33% rule in solar panels?

The 33% rule in solar panel installation refers to limiting the shading on a solar array so that no more than 33% of the panels are shaded at any time, ensuring optimal energy production. These skills ensure safe, efficient installation and maintenance of solar systems, which is critical for customer satisfaction and energy efficiency.

Where do solar installers get paid the most?
