As a Customer Service Representative at VRL Diagnostics, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- Proven customer service experience

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in a healthcare or diagnostics setting is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction

- Provide product information and guidance to customers
