Job description

We are a growing, family-owned medical laboratory based in Sun Valley, California, specializing in respiratory testing, blood work, urinalysis, and toxicology. Known for our fast turnaround times and personalized service, we pride ourselves on building strong, responsive relationships with our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Laboratory Sales Representative / Marketer to expand our presence across the Los Angeles area. This is a commission-based position offering strong earning potential for individuals who are confident, proactive, and performance-focused.

In this role, you will visit medical clinics, urgent care centers, and healthcare providers to introduce and promote our laboratory services. You will educate clients on how our lab delivers fast, reliable results that improve patient care and operational efficiency. Your efforts will directly contribute to growing new business and increasing market presence.

As the primary point of contact for your accounts, you will maintain ongoing relationships with clinics, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of any questions or issues. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and visit clinics and healthcare providers throughout Los Angeles County
  • Present and promote laboratory services to generate new business
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client questions, concerns, and support
  • Coordinate with internal lab staff to ensure client satisfaction

Compensation

  • Higher earnings tied directly to performance and client growth

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Reliable transportation (required)
  • Sales or healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Join a supportive, close-knit team where your work directly impacts both patient care and company growth.
