Position Summary
Our line cooks keep the kitchen moving and buzzing, you are a crucial member of the kitchen team and guest experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have at least 2-years' of prior line cook experience.
- Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to mulit task calmly under pressure.
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
- Manage the quality of food items.
- Cook and plate all food according to recipe specifications.
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
- Restock station when necessary.
- Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines.
- Must have a SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
- Handle and store food products correctly (FIFO).
- Must be able to assist with cleaning projects.
- Assist another station when necessary.
- Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products.
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
- All other duties as assigned.
