The producer often will respond to requests from clients who need insurance as well as work to create a need or want for other products we offer. These professionals are consulting with businesses, families & individuals, evaluating their needs & recommending the most appropriate products & coverages to meet those needs.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Developongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers & more.....
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Provideexceptional customer service.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Inform clients of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• A property & casualty license is required.
