Concrete Finisher/ Laborer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces for various construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in concrete work and the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher, with proficiency in setting grade, constructing and stripping forms, and pouring and finishing concrete surfaces.
• Experience with plain and stamped/ decorative concrete.
• Experience operating excavators and skid loaders preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Willingness to work flexible hours. Potential Saturdays when needed.
• Experience in various types of concrete work: Residential, Commercial, and Industrial.

Job Information:

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
• Monday through Friday - Occasional Saturdays
