Concrete Tradesman – Concrete Division
We have an immediate need for Superintendents, Foreman, Finishers, Carpenters and Laborers in our Concrete Division to work on our concrete, masonry, and asphalt sealing and striping projects. This position will be based out of our Atlanta, GA office location.
The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience and a proven track record of successfully managing similar projects. This role requires excellent planning, scheduling, and management skills to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and timelines.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in project scope or unforeseen delays.
  • Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly to minimize disruptions and delays.
  • Lead and manage a team of field workers, providing clear instructions and guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan for upcoming tasks.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure any deficiencies are corrected before project completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.
  • Approve expenditures and manage financial resources efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit regular budget reports to senior management.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations.
  • Conduct safety meetings and training to promote a culture of safety on site.
  • Respond to and investigate any safety incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
