Metro Concrete Raising, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team for the upcoming construction season.

As a family-owned company serving the Twin Cities metro area for over 45 years, we specialize in residential and commercial concrete raising and replacement. We have built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, integrity, and treating our employees with respect. Responsibilities

  • Set concrete forms and prepare job sites for concrete placement.
  • Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete.
  • Perform broom and smooth concrete finishing.
  • Cut control joints according to project specifications.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  • Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Perform general concrete labor and construction duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous Concrete Laborer or Construction experience required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
  • CDL preferred (higher pay available for CDL holders).
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
