If you've worked on active job sites, know your way around rebar, power tools, and construction drawings, and you're ready for steady work and serious benefits, this is your next move.
What You'll Do
  • Place and tie rebar and strand
  • Read construction drawings and follow verbal instructions
  • Identify and use fasteners, hand tools, and construction materials
  • Safely operate around machinery and heavy equipment
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks outdoors in all weather
  • Lift and move materials in excess of 50 pounds
  • Maintain a consistent presence on the job and work well with a team
  • Follow all safety standards and job site protocols

Who We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of basic hand tools and tape measure use
  • Physically capable of strenuous labor for full shifts
  • Comfortable with early morning shifts (some start as early as 3:00 AM)
  • Available for overtime and weekend work as needed
  • Must be 18 or older, able to pass a drug test (including marijuana) and a background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Willingness to join or maintain membership with LiUNA Local 252

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable, full-time construction or concrete labor experience
  • Experience working with concrete forms or in precast construction
  • Forklift certification or experience with heavy equipment
  • Background supporting skilled union trades or industrial job sites

Schedule & Pay:
  • Full-time position/Year-Round work
  • Shifts vary; some may begin as early as 3:00 AM and schedules/start times can change weekly.
  • Overtime and weekends required based on production needs
  • Pay: $23.97 to $28.10 per hour, depending on experience in the concrete industry. All base pay is $23.97 otherwise (this is non negotiable)
